Feldenkrais lessons that are designed for groups are known as Awareness Through Movement lessons. In these gentle lessons, we explore familiar and unfamiliar movements that help cultivate self-awareness and improve daily functioning. By becoming more aware of how we move, pain and tension dissipate, and our potential for comfort, ease, and grace emerges.
